What is involved day-to-day - Key responsibilities and not limited to:
• Miinimum of 4 Years experience working in a similar role and a degree in marketing, communications or similar.
• You'll need to be both strategic and hands-on with the implementation and management of digital campaigns across search, display and social.
• Generate content for socials
• Social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Insta, GMB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pintest and TikTok
• Support with content production including blogs, infographics, videos, social posts, web content, marketing copy with a focus on written copy.
• Planning, developing and organizing marketing campaigns to support business growth
• Conducting regular data analysis and measuring campaign performance
• Presenting feedback, reports and marketing plans to stakeholders.
• Monitoring and managing keyword search strategies
• Creating and managing EDMs to internal and external stakeholders
• Web site responsibility - content publication, SEO and strategic improvements
• Market research, competitor analysis, and reporting
• Assisting with creating and implementing online training events and webinars.
The successful candidate will have:
• Someone who values quality; you care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work.
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Content or similar
• Demonstrable B2B together with B2C marketing, campaign and community experience.
• Experience working with specialised digital teams, agencies and/or parent companies.
• Good working understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, and its implications on website ranking
• Experience in web publishing/content management systems (CMS).
• Demonstrable social channels management (content implementation and optimisation of paid ads) experience.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Demonstrable SEM/Google Search & Display management / agency management experience.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation & communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
• Tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of Canva
• Knowledge of WordPress is a bonus but not a must
• Can work both autonomously and within a team environment
