Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor strategies, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
-Develop visually appealing and impactful digital assets, such as banners, infographics, and videos.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management platforms (Meta), and email & WhatsApp marketing software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms(Facebook, Instagram) , their advertising capabilities, and content optimization techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
