TEAM BACKGROUND

You will be a part of the Marketing & Communication team at Decathlon, with a specific focus on driving the digital marketing strategies & channels. You will contribute to acquiring new customers, retain existing customers and improve the overall ROAS of marketing investments.

JOB ROLE

The ability to drive higher performance for our omnichannel sales across the stores,web and app, through strategic approaches on digital marketing channels.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy - Build long term marketing strategies to support Decathlon India's overall strategies and business objectives.
Operations - Streamline the marketing functions to accelerate Decathlons Marcom Project to achieve Vision 2026. Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively and drive the organization to action.
Growth - Customer Growth driven by performance marketing and CRM/Retention channels.
Team Building and Management: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. While identifying the short term and long term human needs.
Synergy with Decathlons Global marketing topic leaders + External Topic advisors.
Strategize paid digital media mix/channels to ensure high intent New users, measurability and efficiency of budget.
Digital Channel Optimization - Ideal marketing funnel and budget apportionment to drive new customer growth & efficiency.
Reporting and Dashboarding of all marketing channels.
Build long term organic/owned media (SEO) growth for key business channels - Website, App and Stores.
Maximizing the lifetime value of users by encouraging upselling, cross-selling, and other revenue-generating strategies.
Personalization & Automation of communication channels to increase engagement and lifetime value.
Martech & Data Science: Identify and scale martech and predictive analytics capabilities which helps improve acquisition, retention and monetization capabilities.
Co Create and Support Execution of Decathlon India's Brand Marketing Strategy - Segmentation, Targeting & Positioning aligned with Global Positioning.
Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer insights and translate results into actionable insights for brand marketing.

EXPERIENCE
10+ years of experience in the digital marketing/performance marketing
Prior experience in performance marketing agencies is a plus
Masters degree in marketing is a plus
