We seek a Digital Marketing Specialist to help improve the effectiveness of our and our client's marketing campaigns. Passion Minds is a marketing and advertising firm that focuses on the needs of the business-to-business (B2B) industry. We offer a full range of content, digital, and other traditional services, including HR consulting and services, to help our clients build brands, inform prospects, engage prospects, and drive sales. Our integrated marketing communications team helps organizations in complex and highly technical fields. We work closely with clients to create and launch marketing programs that are highly targeted and fit their B2B marketing goals.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Passion Minds Private Limited. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital campaigns, analyze data and metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement. This is a hybrid role located in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software
• Plan and execute acquisition campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising, aimed at boosting revenue and maximizing ROI.
• Utilize a quantitative analysis approach to assess and enhance campaign performance constantly. Analyze data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to boost growth.
• Identify issues impacting marketing performance and conduct root cause analysis using analytics like Google Analytics.
• Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Certifications in digital marketing are a plus
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, trends, and emerging technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
