Digital Marketing Specialist Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and talented Digital Marketing Executive with 1 year of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in SEO, social media marketing, LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and the ability to drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including SEO, social media, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
Manage and optimize social media accounts, creating engaging content and growing the follower base.
Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to achieve targeted ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to improve future strategies.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling and effective marketing materials.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
Assist in the development of digital marketing strategies to support overall business goals.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Proven experience with SEO, social media marketing, LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
