Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging and relevant content for online platforms, including website, blogs, social media, and email.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and shareable content.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow social media accounts, creating and curating content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor social media trends and industry developments to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
SEO Strategy:
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and stay updated on search engine algorithms.
Email Marketing:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
Implement A/B testing to optimize email content and delivery.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and target audiences.
Provide recommendations for digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
Stay Updated:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management, content creation, and social media.
1 years of hands-on experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity:
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
A keen eye for design and a good understanding of visual aesthetics.
