Role Description This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at OneAndOnlyDesign. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics, implementing online marketing initiatives, and effective communication with the team. This is a hybrid role with the primary location in Bengaluru, but with the flexibility to work remotely. Qualifications • Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills • Experience in web analytics and online marketing • Strong communication skills • Ability to be creative and think innovatively • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Experience in the creative design industry is a plus • Performance Marketing • Experience in setting up and managing Campaigns • Experience in managing both B2C and B2B clientele groups • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
