Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and increase website traffic.
• Produce high-quality content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns to attract and engage potential clients.
• Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve our online ranking and drive qualified traffic.
• Oversee and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, engaging with our audience and promoting our services.
• Track and analyze digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and manage digital ad campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to drive conversions and achieve marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market developments to inform strategy and campaign decisions.
• Work closely with our sales and real estate teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
