About the role
We have opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to work with our Medical Indemnity insurance Marketing team, the role will focus on digital email campaign execution and making website changes.
Duration: 6 month max term contract opportunity.
Location: Darling Park, Sydney CBD offices (hybrid working).
Core technical competencies required:
Tertiary qualifications in marketing with 1-2 years practical experience
Marketing Automation Platform experience:
Experience using email marketing or marketing automation platforms.
Able to build and test emails, set up automated journeys, segment audiences, and manage campaign deployment.
Experience with Marketo, Braze or similar advantageous.
Content Management Systems (CMS):
Proficient in using CMS platforms to publish and update web content.
Comfortable working in modular/structured content environments.
Experience with Kontent.ai advantageous.
High attention to detail:
Accurate execution of tasks according to instructions/brief.
QA of emails and landing pages, link tracking (UTMs), device and browser testing, proofreading copy.
Execution-oriented mindset:
Ability to work through a backlog of tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Follows documented processes, templates, and naming convention.
Digital fluency:
Comfortable navigating digital systems and tools, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and adapt to changing technologies.
Valuable Additional Skills
Web development familiarity: Understanding of basic HTML/CSS.
Basic SEO awareness (reporting, meta tags, alt text, H1/H2 structure).
Basic image and document editing: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) or similar tools.
Data handling and Excel proficiency: Comfortable working with spreadsheets to clean, manipulate, and analyse marketing data (e.g., campaign reports, email lists, performance metrics).
