Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
4+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in fashion or retail
Proficiency with Shopify Plus, Tapcart, and essential Shopify Plus apps
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, SEO, and email
Strong understanding of analytics tools, including Shopify Plus reporting, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Shopify Plus, Tapcart, email, social media, paid advertising, influencers, and SEO
Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies to increase traffic, boost conversions, and enhance brand visibility
Plan and launch marketing campaigns around key events such as product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales
Optimize campaigns for engagement, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Ensure seamless integration and optimization of the Shopify Plus store and Tapcart mobile app
Manage and optimize paid advertising channels like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other PPC platforms
Lead email and SMS marketing efforts using Klaviyo and other tools
Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies in coordination with content marketing efforts
Guide and direct Grace and Lace social media strategy as part of a comprehensive organic brand strategy
Build and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to create impactful partnerships
Manage and enhance the VIP Perks loyalty program and referral programs to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value (CLTV)
Use analytics tools to track performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations based on data

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Grace and Lace. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Shopify Plus, Tapcart, email, social media, paid advertising, influencers, and SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
