About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital strategy, content creation, and campaign execution. You will be able to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute tactical promotional activities and a 12-month digital marketing calendar.
Create engaging content for EDMs, social media posts, and onsite product/category pages.
Collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams to support product launches and ensure accurate product information.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, delivering excellent service and support.
Provide day-to-day store support, including ordering promotional merchandise and handling ad-hoc marketing requests.
Requirements
3-5 years proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital strategy, content creation, and campaign execution.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in website management (Magento preferred) and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to work onsite five days a week in Kemps Creek.
