About the Role
The Social Media Director will lead a team of creative, strategic marketers who are responsible for interpreting brand needs and finding ways to activate on social media platforms. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to be flexible and nimble in response to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evolve our social media strategy across all existing social channels, keeping an eye on new emerging platforms, to optimize engagement, grow follower count, and acquire a new customer demographic while maintaining current audience engagement.
Partner with content creators and the creative team to ensure that content is on-brand, platform-appropriate, and brand-building.
Drive influencer strategy and oversee relationships with influencers, vetting potential partners and identifying rising talent.
Establish and track KPIs across paid and organic tactics per social platform and campaign, providing actionable insights and next steps.
