Digital Marketing Strategist

The Role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who can own the strategy, execution, and performance of client-facing digital initiatives - from social media content to Google Ads campaigns. You’ll collaborate with our creative team, manage client communication, and ensure all platforms perform to meet business goals.
The Foundation:
· Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or MBA preferred.
· 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment
· Strong understanding of content marketing, social media algorithms, and audience behaviours
· Excellent communication and client-handling skills
· Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google ads, YouTube, etc.

The Responsibilities:
· Strategy & Planning
o Develop and execute content strategies tailored to each client’s brand, audience, and objectives
o Develop integrated digital marketing strategies across organic and paid channels
o Create monthly content calendars, page management plans, and campaign ideas
o Analyze industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to guide strategy
· Social Media & Content Management
o Manage daily operations of client social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
o Work closely with the creative team to deliver engaging posts and other content
o Schedule and monitor content using tools like Buffer, Later, or native platforms
· Paid Media – Google Ads
o Work closely with the creative team to deliver engaging posts and other content
o Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
o Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copies, and manage budgets
o Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate) and optimize campaigns for ROI
o Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
· Client Communication
o Serve as the main point of contact for clients
o Present strategies, performance reports, and gather feedback
o Ensure timely execution of deliverables and ongoing client satisfaction
· Performance Tracking
o Monitor page growth, engagement, and post-performance
o Use insights to optimize future strategies
o Prepare performance reports and suggest actionable improvements
