Started with a simple intent to solve a problem. To make intellectual content shared at conferences, available to the World. This pushed us to explore the area of online streaming & communication back in 2010 which now has become a norm for any online activity.
Later, incepted a technical service agency & learned our craft working over multiple problem statements for our client in the last 10 year. This division now works with very selected projects & clients.
The Journey continued since then & we picked more subjects & industries with the aim to take interesting digital initiatives to solve business problems.
The Role
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Leading digital strategy and innovation through the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing and ecommerce programs in line with business priorities.
• Devising actionable strategies from customer insights.
• Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities and providing insights and recommendations.
• Managing external agencies for the execution of research projects.
• Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs.
• Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities.
• Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
• Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
• Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
• Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
• Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
• Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
• Working closely with the business to create an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan in line with business objectives.
• Developing and executing content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales and customer retention.
• Developing and managing the editorial calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
• Generating engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms and marketing collateral.
• Managing relationships with external marketing agencies.
• Ensuring consistency of brand voice, style and tone across all content.
• Planning and executing CRM, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Using customer insights to construct effective CRM campaigns.
• Measuring, monitoring and analyzing effectiveness of email marketing activities against goals (ROI & KPIs).
• Driving performance marketing via Demand Generation / Customer Acquisition Funnel, Display Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Media Buying, PPC and SEO / SEM.
• Working with other stakeholders to optimize the conversion funnel for specific traffic sources, campaigns, user segments etc.
• Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.
• Working on app store optimization.
• Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.
• Analyzing content traffic metrics and effectiveness of campaigns and messaging to explore ways of improving content marketing ROI.
• Developing and managing the editorial calendar.
• Designing and developing strong employer branding strategy.
• Partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to promote and communicate the employee value proposition (EVP) and help position the company as an employer of choice.
• Building campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels.
• Analyzing and interpreting metrics to measure the success of employer branding initiatives.
• Driving business growth by developing innovative ideas and campaigns.
• Testing and optimizing marketing tactics that boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.
• Managing a team of 11-50 people.
