We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Supervisor to join our growing marketing team. As the Digital Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a wide range of digital marketing campaigns that align with our company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to ensure maximum ROI.
• Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, product, and sales, to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new digital marketing technologies, and best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve.
• Monitor competitor activities and digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Expertise in analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for digital marketing innovation.
