Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing paid campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ads Campaign Management:
• Develop, implement, and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Continuously optimize campaigns for performance, ROI, and cost-effectiveness.
• Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall business goals.
• Perform market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
• Content Creation & Ad Copy:
• Design engaging ad creatives and write compelling ad copy tailored to the platform and audience.
• Work with graphic designers and content teams to create high-quality visuals and videos for campaigns.Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
• Generate and present reports on key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
• Budget Management:
• Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively across platforms.
• Track and report on spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation:
• Run experiments to test different ad strategies, creatives, and targeting methods.
• Use insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• SEO & SEM Coordination:
• Ensure paid strategies complement organic search efforts.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance visibility and overall marketing performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid ads.
• Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEMrush.
• Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging ad creatives.Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint (preferred).
