• Plan and identify strategies for leveraging different social media channels, including Twitter and YouTube, to boost brand presence and engagement.
• Guide the team in implementing strategies such as ads, post boosting, and campaigns tailored to the unique demands of each platform.
• Stay on top of digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to continuously refine and evolve the digital strategy, ensuring the company stays ahead of industry shifts.

2. Social Media Strategy & Growth:

• Provide clear guidance to the content team regarding the type of content that works best for each platform, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Analyze and interpret social media metrics to adjust strategy, identify opportunities, and enhance overall campaign performance.
• Identify trends on various social media channels to ensure the content aligns with audience expectations and competitor landscape.
• Monitor and recommend strategies for leveraging social media channels effectively to drive brand growth and engagement.

3. Website & Digital Presence Optimization:
• Oversee all website analytics, ensuring regular optimization for performance, user experience, and conversions.
• Work closely with the web development team to refine and maintain an optimized website that aligns with the digital marketing strategy.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to track, analyze, and report on user behavior, campaign performance, and website effectiveness.
• Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts across landing pages and the website, refining digital touchpoints to enhance customer journeys.

4. Data-Driven Insights & Performance Analysis:
• Lead data collection and analysis efforts to assess the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and present comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign performance, and ROI to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization, highlighting opportunities for improvement in campaigns and digital strategies.

5. Paid Media Campaigns & Budget Management:
• Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns (PPC, display, social ads) across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Allocate and manage budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring that resources are optimized for maximum return on investment.
• Work with analytics teams to monitor ad performance and tweak targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration & Team Leadership:
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Guide the content team in planning content that aligns with platform-specific trends, SEO performance, and audience insights.
• Foster a creative and high-performance team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in digital media efforts.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, PR, and sales teams to ensure digital initiatives complement and amplify broader company campaigns.
