Our Opportunity:

Our Digital Operations Coordinator is responsible for effectively supporting the implementation of website operations for Sussan, including product enablement, content & promotion implementation and trade optimisation, to deliver brand engagement and drive revenue & traffic growth.

Working closely with a variety of stakeholders within the business, your role will encompass website operations, working within our supportive and hands-on Digital team.

You will love being one of the first to see our new products as you manage the product upload onto the website as well as working closely with our Buyers to develop all product info.

Joining your like minded team members, you will bring your fashion-loving self to work everyday as well as your strong customer service and website content management experience as you continue to grow your digital and e-commerce career.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Product upload, maintenance and merchandising of products on website

Configure online promotions to provide a seamless customer experience

Ensure that all products are photographed and merchandised correctly on the website

Testing, maintaining and executing website content in ling with marketing campaigns and messages across homepage, landing pages etc

Utilise web shoot list and range sheet to develop all product information for product upload

Upload images to site prior to go live date

Assist with customer enquiries received by email, social media, website

Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Retail business knowledge ideal

Demonstrated digital operations/e-Commerce experience ideal

Website content management systems experience preferred
Previous customer service/support experience

Skills in Windows OS & Microsoft Office
Effective working relationship-building skills
