Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and tech-savvy Digital Operations Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing the digital operations of our center, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of all computer-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in social media management, digital communication, video content creation, and medical reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Social Media Management:

 Create, manage, and monitor social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
 Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow our social media presence.
 Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.

2.Client Communication:

 Send WhatsApp messages to clients regarding appointments, test results, and other relevant information.
 Manage email communication and follow-ups with clients.

3.Video Content Creation:

 Create and edit videos for marketing purposes, including promotional videos, educational content, and client testimonials.
 Coordinate video shoots, ensuring high-quality production.

4.Billing and Invoicing:

 Handle the billing process, generate invoices, and manage payment records.
 Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of invoices to clients.

5. Ultrasound Reporting:

 Assist in the preparation of ultrasound reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
 Coordinate with radiologists to ensure timely reporting.

6.Pathology Reporting:

 Assist in preparing pathology reports and ensure they are delivered to clients promptly.
 Maintain accurate records of all pathology tests and reports.

7.General Administrative Tasks:

 Assist with data entry, document management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
 Ensure all computer systems and software are functioning correctly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media
management, video editing, and client
communication.

• Proficiency in using video editing software
(e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

• Basic knowledge of medical reporting
(ultrasound and pathology) is an advantage.

• Strong computer skills, including MS Office
Suite.

• Excellent communication and
organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time
effectively.
