About the opportunity :

Based in our North Sydney office, we are currently seeking an experienced Digital Scheduling Coordinator to join the team. You will be joining a close nit team who provide an outstanding service and results for our clients. As a Digital Scheduling Coordinator you will be the final checkpoint in the implementation of complex advertising campaigns across our digital network.

Reviewing and verifying incoming booking and scheduling requests, ensuring the accuracy of data and information (material instructions, media files, asset type and location etc)
Manage large volumes of campaigns and utilising various internal systems to cross-reference and confirm scheduling data
Troubleshoot and problem solve to ensure successful campaign delivery – including liaison with internal teams and external 3rd parties
Build relationships and support internal stakeholders and cross functional teams
Administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as required.
Skills and experience:

Strong attention to detail — you notice when something’s missing or out of order
Confident communicator who can liaise with teams
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Results driven and is a problem solver
Strong administrative and computer skills
