Job Summary: As a Digital Sherpa, you will play a guiding role in digital adoption and marketing, leading businesses through the complex and evolving digital landscape. As a Digital Sherpa, you will introduce advanced audience engagement solutions developed by Resulticks to new and existing clients. By understanding each organization’s unique goals, Sherpas bring significant value to businesses through Resulticks’ solutions, including data consolidation, multichannel marketing, and contextual communications. A NextGen Digital Sherpa should have expertise in one or more digital channels, digital marketing know-how, and the interpersonal skills required to connect with small to medium sized businesses to uncover and address their technology needs with Resulticks solutions. What You’ll Do:

Connect with small to medium sized businesses
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business needs and provide actionable insights
Understand client requirements by gathering business and technical requirements
Present product features to a non-technical small to medium sized business audience
Nurture leads and build relationships through email, phone, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), and in-person meetings
What You’ll Need:

2+ years as a digital professional with expertise in one or more of these key channels: App development, content marketing, creative design, email marketing, paid search, SEO, social media, or web development
Strong understanding of digital strategies and the benefits of marketing technology
Currently operating your own digital business or consulting company and has performed work for at least 10 clients
Excellent presentation and demo skills, comfortable engaging prospects via video calls or webinars
The ability to position Resulticks products as a long-term solution that scales with the business's growth
Growth mindset: Eager to learn and continuously improve in a quickly evolving digital technology environment
Proficiency in one or more digital marketing tools such as: SEO, CRM, or advertising solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Digital Marketing (certification in one or more of these tools is ideal)
LinkedIn profile with 250+ connections
Familiarity with communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack for internal and external communication
Established home office with standard business equipment including laptop, phone, internet and email service or has access to these
Effective communication and collaboration skills
