Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Architect with expertise in IVR systems to join our team. As an IVR expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient IVR solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in Cisco UCCE / UCCX IVR application and environment
• Strong knowledge of Java and web application deployment
• Able to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Excellent understanding of application deployment models and good communication skills
• 3-5 years of experience in Cisco technologies (UCCE/UCCX)
