Legacy System Transformation Specialist
We are seeking skilled experts to transform legacy systems into modern architectures, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and expertise. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business value and enhance organizational agility.
Core Responsibilities
• Work closely with clients to define modernization paths, taking into account technical architecture, tool strategy, and scalability requirements.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of tools and technologies for modernization efforts, ensuring alignment with client goals and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and minimize disruption during system migration.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with significant focus on modernization.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessing complex legacy systems and envisioning future-state architectures.
• Strong proficiency in mainframe technologies (COBOL, DB2, CICS) and modern software development methodologies (Java, Spring, microservices).
• Familiarity with GenAI use cases in application engineering and code conversion.
• Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder management skills.
