Pay: $22.25–$26/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time or part-time | Weekends, evenings, overnights, mornings (no day shifts available)

We’re looking for compassionate, dependable people to join our Glenwood Springs residential team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) — the heart of what we do. In this role, you’ll support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and community, building genuine relationships and helping them achieve personal goals.

What You’ll Do

Provide daily living support such as cooking, personal care, and housekeeping
Encourage and mentor individuals toward greater independence
Help residents participate in meaningful activities and community outings
Administer medications (we’ll provide QMAP training)
Foster a safe, caring, and respectful home environment
What We’re Looking For

A kind, patient, and team-oriented attitude — no experience required, just a willingness to learn and care
High school diploma or GED
Valid Colorado driver’s license & reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check & TB test (we cover the cost)
Flexibility for various shifts (weekends, evenings, overnights)
