Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.

We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital ).

The Role

Roles and Responsibilities
• Conducts opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts
• Monitor product performance, provide feedback and define change control process
• Coordinate with customer teams and third parties to develop product strategies and enhancements in existing products
• Work with the Sales teams for RFPs, response, commercial and closures
• Conduct workshops with the Banks for scoping, requirement gathering & monitoring
• Manage ETED delivery/ program management for specific projects
• Engage in idea generation, concept validation, business case development
• Work with banks & Networks for new partnerships
• Work with the stakeholders for product strategy, targets and delivery
• Analyze market trends and competitors.
• Ensure product compliance with the defined standards and criteria

Mandatory Qualifications
• Experience in payment applications like ACS, EFT switch and card management systems
• Must possess strong customer service skills
• Must have good Payments (Issuing) experience & presentation skills
• Must have good market research skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Must understand the customers and the market
