Role Overview:
The Director of Design & Production will define and lead Arari’s technical design strategy, production excellence, and woodworking ecosystem. This leadership role blends creative technical intelligence with operational mastery, driving best-in-class drawing standards, CNC/CAD-CAM workflows, production systems, and installation quality to global benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical and creative direction for architectural woodworking, ensuring international quality and craftsmanship.
• Oversee end-to-end production — from detailed drawings and engineering to fabrication, finishing, logistics, installation, and final sign-off.
• Drive excellence across all product categories, including paneling, doors & windows (internal/external), built-in furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, desks, and specialty millwork.
• Build scalable systems, SOPs, and quality control frameworks aligned with European and global woodworking standards.
