Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field
Eight to ten years’ experience

Responsibilities
Drive sales productivity, census and occupancy for assisted living and health centers at each community
Supervise, train, mentor, and monitor and promote sales and admissions team activity to achieve performance goals
Develop and execute admissions and public relations plans for assisted living and health centers to achieve optimal admission/census goals and meet or exceed projections
Develop, implement, and maintain a health center marketing plan, which will focus on the prescribed occupancy/census levels for each category of Medicare and private pay residents to maximize revenue
Assist in the development and implementation of community external business development outreach programs to increase referral
Manage the different health care payor sources to include Medicare, Medicaid, PPOs, HMO’s and private pays; and can correlate the implication of each payor source to the revenue model at each respective community and Lifespace overall
Lead the development and implementation of turn-around action plans for struggling properties
Assists in diagnostics marketing audits of troubled communities and create plans to increase occupancy/revenue
