Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and leading all aspects of the human resource function across all locations within the organization
Lead multi-location team assuring a collaborative and effective work environment at all locations
This will require some overnight travel; a minimum of four (4) trips each year to Tulsa, Oklahoma
Develop and lead corporate HR policy development and implementation
Lead corporate wellness activities, including supporting location-specific initiatives
Lead payroll team and all associated duties
Manage and continually improve performance evaluation tools, process, timing, and execution
Lead performance corrective action policies, processes, and implementation
Obtain outside legal counsel as required to ensure compliance
Provide leadership team advice on compensation, benefits, personnel development, and training
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations obtaining outside legal counsel as needed
Support internal and external audit activities through both direct participation and responses to compliance requests relative to the HR function
Lead corporate learning and development activities to both support employee development and ensure effective compliance with ethics, workplace safety, and other HR initiatives
Maintain relationships with third-party benefit advisory companies as required
Lead 401K Committee and assures fiduciary compliance
Develop, plan, and lead the hiring process for all functions and locations
Lead and manage the internal recruiting function
Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to employees in support of the HR function
Evaluate and analyze the results of programs and services regularly and systematically; report these results to the executive leadership team

What You’ll Do

Your Experiences & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, human resource management, or organizational development
• Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM) certification is required and Certified Human Resources Director (CHRD) preferred
• Minimum of ten (10) years HR experience, including four (4) years at a leadership level
• Minimum of five (5) years HR experience in a manufacturing company
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Action-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
