KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Learning & Development Strategic Programs to join our Learning and Development team.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field, preferably advanced degree; Agile or Six Sigma certification is a plus
• Significant experience across talent management (including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Learning and Development) in a professional services environment that includes a diverse workforce
• Understand leading trends in technology as it relates to the talent ecosystem (for example. Skills, Learning technologies), and strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, particularly in the context of skills-centric approaches and learning strategies
