Job description
We are actively recruiting for a Director of Business Development and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Services to drive business development, promote dispute resolution services, and manage the administration of arbitration and mediation cases. The ideal candidate will be able to apply their passion for growing the business to the ADR field, and the ability to represent the AAA as a polished and persuasive speaker.

This is a hybrid position based out of the AAA’s Miami office (candidate must reside within 125 miles of the office). The starting annual salary range for this role is $+0,000 - $+5,000 with annual incentive opportunity targeting 10%
