Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop and lead a comprehensive global fit strategy aligned with brand vision.
Lead a global team of fit specialists to execute the fit strategy across all product categories.
Accountable for creation, maintenance, and evolution of global fit standards and libraries, including fit blocks, standard measurements, grade rules, size charts, size guides, how-to-measure manuals, and POM libraries.
Serve as the primary fit authority and champion fit excellence, standardization, and consistency across internal and external teams.
Educate cross-functional partners on fit global fit standards and protocols.
Align global vendor and manufacturing partners to brand fit standards and practices.
Continuously assess, refine, and innovate fit processes, tools, and methodologies.
Monitor customer feedback, industry trends, innovations, and competitor benchmarks to keep the brand at the forefront of luxury fit standards.
Lead competitive analysis and share findings along with recommendations to the product creation team.
Lead fit seasonal reviews and provide regular updates to senior leadership on fit-related initiatives, challenges, and achievements.
Oversee fit process including fittings, schedules, budget, and model management in partnership with PD Director.
Experience, Education and Designations:

10+ years of experience in technical design and pattern making with luxury brands.
Certificate or bachelor’s degree in Patternmaking, Fashion Design, Product Development, Textile Science, or related field is advantageous.
Experience in PLM, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator & photoshop, Gerber (or related pattern making software).
3D experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

Proven leadership experience managing fit strategies across multiple product categories and markets.
Expert in global fit, sizing, grading, garment construction and pattern making
Expertise in using garment fitting technologies and tools, such as CLO is a plus.
Ability to influence, educate, and align cross-functional and global teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Experience working with global supply chain and vendor networks.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
Passion for the luxury consumer and delivering best-in-class fit.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a focus on luxury standards and customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions:

Hybrid Model – Home/Office/Manufacturing environment
Business travel Requirements: 30%
