We are a leading National Law firm seeking an experienced Head of Legal Practice to establish and lead a new Employment Law practice in Cardiff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead a team of employment lawyers, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client service.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to expand and enhance our Employment Law practice.
Court Representation: Represent clients in negotiations, arbitrations, and litigation as necessary.
Client Education: Design and deliver training programs for clients on employment-related matters.
Mentorship: Mentor junior solicitors and staff, fostering their growth and professional development.
