Qualifications

Responsibilities
As the head of the legal business unit, this role oversees all legal matters for the company, reporting directly to the CEO

Contracts Management: Review and negotiate agreements, manage purchase orders in the ERP system, oversee contract risk, and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Compliance & Security: Serve as Export Compliance Officer and Facility Security Officer, managing trade compliance, security clearances, export licenses, and regulatory filings
Conduct compliance training and audits
Dispute Resolution: Address and manage disputes with customers, suppliers, and third parties, coordinating with external counsel when needed
Business & Supplier Registrations: Maintain corporate filings, supplier certifications, and compliance with federal subcontracting requirements
