Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Digital Strategy, the Director of Marketing for Hotel Openings & Transitions leads the integration of new and transitioning hotels into Remington’s marketing ecosystem
This role drives brand development, marketing, and digital strategies to support seamless hotel launches and brand transitions
Building and executing a strategic marketing roadmap for each assigned hotel, encompassing brand strategy, omni-channel marketing, and digital storytelling
Overseeing the development of digital presence, paid media, email marketing, and coordinating agencies in SEO, public relations, and social media
Managing branding and marketing initiatives including visual identity, advertising plans, content creation, collateral, videography, photography, market research, and analytics
Conducting performance analysis to provide data-driven recommendations for strategic and tactical adjustments to enhance revenue, market share, and hotel performance
Best-in-class marketing presence for assigned portfolio through brand strategy development and execution; experiential storytelling, content, and visual assets; and revenue generating technologies and merchandising
Ensure development and pull-through of hotels’ brand strategy across all consumer touch points
Oversight of paid media, email marketing, and merchandising vehicles to maximize revenue delivery for all hotels
Champion, develop, and execute successful public relations, social media and influencer marketing strategies in collaboration with agency or discipline partners
Collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing, Commercial Strategy partners, and above-property leadership to deliver on-strategy marketing programs
Manage internal resources and external partners and hold them accountable to delivering best-in-class service and performance
Influence the development and execution of portfolio-wide strategies
Operationalize hotel on-boarding and integration into Remington’s marketing tools, platforms and systems
