About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Securities Research Assistant. In this role, you will: Support the editing and publishing functions within the Global Research and Economics Group in Wells Fargo Securities Generate research packet products, manually post research documents to market data vendors, update and maintain mailing lists, provide client access to web sites Maintain databases Generate research packet products, post research documents to market data vendors, update and maintain mailing lists Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non routine questions Assign reports to Editors and Supervisory Analysts to ensure the most efficient use of resources Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Securities Research experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Required Qualifications Undergraduate from a premier education institute Preferably ~1 year of relevant experience Strong inclination towards building a career in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Capital Markets Impeccable communication and interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals and key stakeholders Good understanding of Financial concepts and company valuation techniques Strong logical, analytical skills and a systematic problem solving approach Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office Applications – Power Point and Excel Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Attention to detail and ability to ensure high quality of deliverables Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management Results driven, accountable and ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced and results-driven environment Job Expectations: Work on various work streams that form key components of M&A Buy or Sells side deals and/or, Corporate Finance or Capital Market transactions Assist in preparing Pitch books, including industry overviews, company profiles, management biographies, brokers’ outlook, share price performance, deal case studies, evolution of industry/peers valuation multiples, possible buyer/seller opportunities Work on comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, buyer or target identification, company/M&A screening and sector updates and analyses Work on financial analysis, industry benchmarking and valuation models Develop an understanding of a sector’s key performance and valuation indicators and identify key industry and M&A trends and outlook impacting the sector Develop excellent working knowledge of market database tools e.g. Fact set, Thomson one, Capital IQ, etc. Interact with multiple stakeholders to achieve the desired goal Preferable Industry experience in FIG, Real estate, Gaming and Leisure Posting End Date: *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants. Job Title: Director Of Marketing - B2B SaaS and US or Europe-based clients -(overlap with EST time)

Location: Remote - India

Work Experience (years) : 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing AND experience working with US or Europe-based clients or companies for at least 2 years.

Budget : 16 - 20 LPA

As the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including product marketing, demand generation, and partner/channel marketing. You will be responsible for leading the marketing team, overseeing various marketing functions, and driving campaigns that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve business objectives.
• Product Marketing: Oversee product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to communicate our value proposition effectively.
• Demand Generation: Manage and optimize MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) processes to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.
• Partner & Channel Marketing: Build and nurture relationships with partners and channels to expand market reach and drive collaborative growth.
• Direct Marketing: Execute direct marketing campaigns, including email, content, and social media, to engage prospects and customers.
• Campaign Management: Design and execute trip campaigns, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective execution of marketing plans.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to optimize results.

Requirements
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a proven track record in product marketing, MQL management, and partner/channel marketing.
• Client Exposure: Demonstrated experience working with US or Europe-based clients or companies for at least 2 years.

Skills
• Strong expertise in product marketing and direct marketing.
• Experience in managing and executing trip campaigns and webinars.
• Proven ability to lead and develop marketing teams.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Time Zone Flexibility: Availability to partially overlap with EST time (approx. half a day) to collaborate with international teams and clients.
