Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a Director-level position

Responsibilities
As a critical member of our leadership team, the Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance across all departments
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving excellence
Lead and inspire all hotel departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Administration, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality guest service
Develop and execute innovative operational policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, staff performance, and operational efficiency
Regularly assess key performance metrics—such as occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), guest satisfaction scores, and operational costs—and proactively address any performance gaps
Collaborate closely with department heads to develop and manage annual budgets, capital expenditure plans, and revenue optimization strategies that align with hotel goals
Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement, offering comprehensive training, and recognizing outstanding performance across teams
Ensure compliance with all Warwick Hotel standards, corporate policies, and relevant local regulations to maintain a consistently high level of service
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of managers and staff, providing feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities to encourage professional development
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, local partners, vendors, and the community to drive repeat business and enhance the hotel’s brand reputation

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

• Proven track record of achieving operational excellence, meeting financial targets, and exceeding guest satisfaction goals.
• Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management, cost control principles, sales & marketing strategies, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and delegating effectively.
• Proficiency in hotel management software systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Hospitality Management (e.g., CHA, CMP) is preferred but not required.
