Revenue Projections : Create accurate sales forecasts that align with the company's goals, closely tied to the responsibility of owning sales and revenue
Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, as well as the account management team
Set clear team targets based on net revenue goals and individual capabilities
Operational Heavy-lifting : Be heavily operationally involved in sales, actively solving day-to-day blockers faced by the sales team across various internal departments
Reporting and Data Ownership : Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales and revenue metrics
Own and manage all sales-related data
Account Management : Oversee and manage reporting and relations with different partners who have gone live
Client Relations : Be actively involved in conversations and negotiations with big clients to secure lucrative deals
