About The Role: This role sits in the growth & revenue marketing team and is at an intersection of marketing and sales to drive measurable revenue and business outcomes You will device a strategic approach to marketing initiatives in a specific geography or region, understand the complexities of the region and your challenge on the job is to simplify and make marketing work for Darwinbox.
What you'll do:
• Primary focus will be generating leads and creating brand awareness in the region
• Spearhead integrated marketing campaigns the spans across lead generation, lead nurturing, pipeline acceleration, upsell and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Plan, develop & execute Integrated marketing campaigns through digital paid/organic, experiential events etc.
• Partner with central & regional teams by establishing strong collaboration and communication.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, trade shows, events and webinars that generate leads, drive pipeline growth, and increase pipeline velocity.
• Lead and develop a collaborative and diverse team.
• Use data and analytics to optimize campaign strategies and programs.
• Provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and influence future decisions to optimize campaign strategies.
• Drive thought leadership, improve efficiencies, and strengthen impact – while staying current of the latest marketing trends, standard methodologies, and technologies to ensure success.
What you'll bring:
• 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing and demand generation, preferably in a high growth/SAAS company.
• Extensive experience in the global B2B SaaS industry and preferably worked for India, MENA, SEA and US geographies.
• Strategic and driven leader that can successfully manage a blended in-person and hybrid team.
• Appetite and evidence of using experimentation to drive growth in new channels, formats, and audiences.
• Experience with enterprise reporting of marketing performance
