Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage and maintain the director's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel and accommodations.
Communication: Answer and direct calls, take messages, and handle correspondence on behalf of the director. Prepare and draft emails, letters, and other documents.
Document Management: Organize and file documents, both electronically and physically, ensuring easy access when required. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure that all materials required for meetings are ready. Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Liaison: Serve as the point of contact between the director and internal or external stakeholders, managing inquiries and requests efficiently.
Task Management: Assist the director in prioritizing daily tasks and responsibilities. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Office Management: Ensure the office is well-maintained, including ordering office supplies and coordinating with other departments to support office needs.
Event Planning: Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, or conferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior-level management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with office management software and tools is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with all levels of staff and external stakeholders in a professional and approachable manner.
Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and the ability to address challenges independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
