About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a highly organised and detail-oriented Dispatch Clerk to join our fast-paced Warehouse team based at our Arndell Park site.
Reporting through to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dispatch department. You responsible for handling all paperwork associated with the dispatch and receipt of stock from the Arndell Park site and external storage facilities, including retail and supermarkets documentation.
A typical day will involve attending to customer and transport enquiries, maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities and performing various administration duties.

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Dispatch Clerk with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience within an FMCG production environment is desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Strong administration skills
Negotiating and influencing skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision as well as in a team environment
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Previous SAP experience (desirable)
Chepmate experience preferred
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
