Dispatch Manager

Job Description:-
Oversee the daily dispatch operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods/services.
Supervise dispatch staff, including dispatchers and support personnel.
Create and manage schedules for dispatchers and drivers, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints related to dispatch and delivery.
Maintain open lines of communication with drivers, dispatchers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations also coordination with Chefs for smooth operations.
