This is a part time + month contract position (22.5-30 hours, flexible for the right candidate).

Key responsibilities:
You will be responsible for driving and delivering DEI programs across APAC. This includes supporting with the execution of the local DEI strategy and acting as the DEI advocate for Circana.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Supporting the implementation of diverse talent acquisition initiatives
Localising learning and development initiatives that support diversity, equity and inclusion
Collaborating with a range of stakeholders to support DEI governance bodies, regional leadership team and regional Business Resource Groups
Analysing workforce data and providing a summary of our progress against diversity goals
Collaborating with our Marketing/Communications team to support DEI change management for company materials (e.g., website, recruiting materials, etc.)
We’re looking for:
3+ years’ experience in a similar DEI focused role
Analytical mindset, with the ability to work with large sets of data and generate actionable insights
Strong communication and presentation skills
Effective organisational and project management skills
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
A genuine interest and passion for all things DEI
