Responsibilities
You will be at the forefront of driving sales and managing a team of Sales Consultants (SCs)
This role involves coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of excellent performance among SCs
The Sales Manager is also responsible for devising and executing sales strategies aimed at achieving district targets
Implement a performance improvement plan to elevate the skill sets of Sales Consultants in the district
Arrange consistent coaching sessions with Sales Coordinators to improve their overall performance
Undertake meetings within the district to educate and inspire SCs, building a synergistic sales culture

Execute plans for managing territories to boost sales coverage
Give priority to forging and fostering meaningful partnerships with key clients and prospects to drive business growth
Incorporate company strategies and plans across the district to attain objectives
Handle customer interaction and undertake other operational duties as may be necessary
