What is Diabetes Reversal?

Our solution is for diabetes reversal, which means we will sustainably get your blood sugar levels

under normal range (HbA1c below 6.5%) and help you maintain that for the long term by getting rid

of active medications eventually.

Job Description:

As a Doctor Operations Manager at sugar.fit, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and managing

the scheduling of doctor appointments and client interactions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our

clients receive timely and high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

 Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments between doctors and clients, considering

availability and preferences. Manage a dynamic appointment calendar and make real-time adjustments

as needed.

 Client Liaison: Serves as the primary point of contact for clients seeking medical services. Address client

inquiries, resolve scheduling issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

 Doctor Coordination: Collaborate closely with the medical team to align schedules and ensure optimal

use of doctors' time. Communicate any changes or updates to doctors in a timely manner.

 Data Management: Maintain accurate records of doctor availability, appointments, and client

information. Generate reports to track appointment metrics and performance.

 Quality Assurance: Monitor appointment adherence and ensure that both doctors and clients are

punctual. Collect feedback from clients to continuously improve our services.

 Conflict Resolution: Address scheduling conflicts and resolve disputes between doctors and clients

professionally and effectively.

 Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline appointment scheduling processes and

implement improvements.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (master’s

degree preferred).

 Proven experience in appointment scheduling, operations management, and customer service.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools.

 Ability to work well under pressure and handle urgent situations with poise.

 Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

 Knowledge of healthcare regulations and confidentiality protocols.

 Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
