Job Title: Project Records & Information Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Records & Information Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing document control support to clients and ensuring that project documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with Client Document Control Manager to ensure smooth document control process.
Develop and implement Document Control procedures and processes that meet client contractual obligations.
Implement Worley EDMS (Aconex) to meet project requirements.
Coordinate kick off meetings for document control requirements.
Review Contractor and Supplier MDRs for consistency.
Administer EDMS for Client and Third-Parties.
Coordinated all activities related to the document control process.
Input document data into document control system ensuring accuracy.
Engage with Client, Contractors, Suppliers and Worley team members as required.
Mandatory Requirements:
Extensive experience in Engineering and Consultancy based EPCm Document Control role.
Experience with large scale Document Control software required.
Working knowledge of MS office tools and PDF software required.

Competitive salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
