Job Description:
As a Document Management Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Administering the documentation management system used to support the Consumer Business Group Quality Management System (QMS)
Resolving document management errors in PLM system by running data queries in document management system, identifying errors and resolving or working with IT team to resolve.
Work with end users on identifying and resolving issues related to moving of documentation from previous system.
Support movement or copying of additional documentation from another system or repository.
Supporting system migrations by filling out Excel files with data for documentation, working with IT teams to ensure data is migrated correctly and resolving errors that occur as a result of the migration.
Skills:
• Must possess solid knowledge of document management systems.
• 3-5 years of experience functioning in a Systems Administrator capacity is required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is required with an emphasis on Excel.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• Experience as an administrator of eNovia or other document management system
• Experience working with end users on troubleshooting and resolving system errors
• Medical device experience such as Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Quality System Regulation (QSR) and/or International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 13485 in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Experience training users on system use and applications
• Skills include strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to self-manage and consistently utilize good judgement to resolve system errors
• Flexible to adapt to changes
• Ability to manage complexity
Education:
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in systems administration
