Full job description
We currently have an opportunity for a Document Writer TDS. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in establishing a quality management focus across our national contract teams. Reporting to General Manager Operational Solutions, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Lead the transition of in-flight contracts into the Downer Integrated Management System.
Develop and implement quality management plans aligned with business and contractual objectives.
Collaborate with contract teams to ensure compliance with the Downer Standard.
Participate in contract mobilisations and ensure readiness of Contract Management Plans.
Provide regular feedback to and support the Zero Harm commitment of the business.


What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or equivalent experience.
Accreditation(s) in Quality, Risk, and Compliance (highly regarded).
Proven experience in managing and implementing enterprise-level quality systems.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Relevant industry experience at a leadership level in quality management systems .
