For Customer Service Executives to work In Premium Customer Handling (Domestic Inbound Voice Process) 1) Nature of Work: Work from Office Only 2) Qualification: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate 3) *Work experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Customer Service (Voice Or Non-Voice Both) If candidates have experience in the Non-voice process then Communication Skills Must be Excellent 4) Process Details: Candidates have to handle the Queries of Premium Customers, Premium customers are those Peoples who are regular customers of Airtel and who are making the 10 Thousand and above Payments to the company Every Month, Candidates just have to help these customers in getting their plans changed or some other queries, Moreover, it is a Domestic Inbound Voice Process, in which Candidates do not have to make calls every time you just have to wait and chill until they get the calls from the customers 5) Joiners: Next Day Joiners 6) Languages: Must know English Hindi 7) Max Salary: Take home salary will be in the range of 18k up to 22K per month and CTC Follows 8) Working and Reporting Office: Ranigunj Nearby Paradise Circle Secunderabad, Hyderabad, +) Cab Drop: 0ne way cab facility if you ever logged out after 8:30pm up to 15kms. 10) Training: 6 days of work with fixed shift timings 6:30am to 4pm For The First 3 Months Post-Training 5 Days of Work Saturday Sunday will be fixed off with any suitable shift like 8am to 5pm or +am to 6pm 11) Interview Process: HR, Operations(Amcat Test) and Client round will be face to face Contact HR: +3465+2506, Alternatively, Share your Profile Email:[Confidential Information
