Communication Communicate with clients or passengers, and maintain a high degree of professionalism and customer service.
Route planning Use navigational technology to find and follow optimal routes, and research traffic before embarking on a journey.
Safety Prioritize the safety of themselves and their passengers, ensuring all safety measures are in place.
