The Driver / Helper is responsible not only for safely transporting crew members and materials to and from worksites, but also for actively participating in landscaping and construction tasks
This role involves operating trucks and trailers, handling equipment, and performing physical labor such as loading, unloading, and installing materials
When not driving, the Driver / Helper works as a full member of the crew, supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the successful completion of projects

Safely operate trucks, trailers, and other equipment to transport crew members, materials, and tools to and from worksites
Secure loads properly, perform basic equipment checks, and maintain vehicles in good working condition
Work alongside the crew when not driving, assisting with landscaping and construction tasks to ensure all work is completed according to project specifications
Perform physical labor, including bending, pulling, and lifting up to 65 lbs, as well as loading and unloading materials on and off trucks
Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers, providing support and feedback to maintain a productive and efficient team environment
Adhere to all company safety protocols, ensuring personal and team safety during transportation and on-site tasks
